■ Installation and commissioning (1) High temperature magnetic pumps should be installed horizontally Before driving, check the lubricating oil level in the cooling tank If the oil level is too low, it should be replenished in a timely manner. The operating temperature of the pump is less than 280 ℃, the maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa, the density is not greater than 1840kg/m3, and the viscosity is not greater than 30cm2/S, which is a liquid without hard particles and impurities. Special working conditions should be strictly in accordance with the provisions of the contract agreement. (4) For media that are prone to settling and settling during transportation, they should be cleaned promptly after use and the orange juice in the pump should be drained completely. (5) After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump The wear and tear of the bearings and end face moving rings should be inspected and replaced with damaged parts that are no longer suitable for use. (6) The magnetic couplings inside and outside this series of pumps are made of high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may pose potential hazards to the following components.
